The City of Dauphin is committed to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe community. Graffiti can negatively impact the appearance of our neighbourhoods, lower property values, and attract further vandalism. This is why we’ve launched the Graffiti Removal Support Program — a new initiative to help residents remove graffiti from exterior surfaces on their properties at no cost.
About the Program
This support program offers free Citizen’s Graffiti Removal Kits to property owners and tenants who wish to clean graffiti from buildings, fences, garages, utility boxes, and other exterior structures.
The goals of the program are to:
- Encourage prompt removal of graffiti
- Empower residents to take action
- Prevent repeat tagging
- Enhance the appearance of our community
